Returns/Refunds

If you receive a faulty item (which is rare!), a replacement or refund may be offered. See 'Damages and issues' below.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene purposes, we don't accept refunds for change of mind.

Damages and issues

When you receive your HUE, please inspect it to ensure it is not defective or damaged. If you find any raru (issues) with your HUE, please let us know within 7 days at kiaora@huebottle.com. Any issues reported after the 7 day period may not be considered.
